Firestarter 01.01.13	Yeah I play stuff from the Bends on the show regularly. I hate the Killers lol. I tend to lean more towards Alt Rock rather than Indie, but I do play some such as Foals, Band of Horses, Iron and Wine etc.. Silversun Pick-ups might be a good shout though

Ecnalzen 01.01.13	The Classic Crime - Phoenix Anberlin - Vital Young Guns - Bones House Of Heroes - Cold Hard Want We Are The Ocean - Maybe Today, Maybe Tomorrow ^these were released in 2012 Deaf Havana - Fools And Worthless Liars Thrice - Major/Minor Bayside - Killing Time (mostly considered pop punk, but I think they were showing a bit of an alternative/rock side on this album. It may be worth a shot) ^These were released in 2011 These might work for you, especially if you are wanting more recent stuff.
bakkermaarten007 01.01.13	Okay, as for indie: Stars, Pavement, Built To Spill, some Brand New, The Mountain Goats, Pinback, Sebadoh, some Appleseed Cast (albums post Low Level Owl). All radio friendly enough
Firestarter 01.01.13	Ooh wow. Some great stuff there. Amberlin and Young Guns sound great. I'll have to check out the rest as well. Want lots of new bands on the show for the new year, I was tending to play the same bands over and over towards the end of last year. Thanks for the recs guys!
Ecnalzen 01.01.13	Honestly, you could play just about anything from Anberlin and The Classic Crime and Young Gun's first album is really good too (All Our Kings Are Dead), as well as Thrice's Beggars. I'm sure you have heard Chevelle, but they are always a safe bet too if you haven't thought about playing them. Maybe The Black Keys as well (El Camino and Brothers are their more recent albums). I can come up with some stuff from the earlier 2000s/late 90s too if you want. I am mostly just shooting off stuff from the last 3-4 years.
gwynbleidd 01.01.13	Anberlin is good and friendly alt rock. The rest, well, idk about "radio friendly", but here are some good ones: Thrice REM My Bloody Valentine Brand New Jeff Buckley and Radiohead(particularly the bends)

SAW18 01.01.13	Audiovent - Dirty, Sexy Knights in Paris Acceptance - Phantoms Karnivool - Themata Revis - Places for Breathing (look at the songs From That Point On, Living Rooms, and the title track) the catch is that these are fairly old bands from mid to early 00's
