KimmsightMatters 12.21.10	It makes sense to me. I personally don't like some bands, but I can still recognize talent. I don't listen to Converge, but I wouldn't give them a 2.5 or less, because I know they are not an "average" band.

omnipanzer 12.21.10	yah, I can understand being magnanimous and rising above your own opinion but I have a hard time understanding a "great" for an album I myself would never listen too again. A 3.5 to me means this will remain in my catalog. for example I gave "A Bit O This and That" a 3 because I technically thought it was a good album but I couldn't get into it. js

I don't really think hard before rating an album I just kind of go with what I feel and then sometimes I look back at it and think wtffff?!

omnipanzer 12.21.10	Before I started posting I came here for the reviews and the ratings so I try to rate as accurate as possible because the site is much larger than the user base. ;^)
