Too Much Of A Good Thing (rant)
1Helalyn Flowers
A Voluntary Coincidence

Fetish shows in my town started off as small things, the draw of a word many consider(ed) taboo.
Today We Are All Demons-Dark Side

The first few were fun, until people started getting cheap (read: the funding was left to one DJ, and a cheapskate one at that).
3Flesh Field

Up sprung new fetish "troupes" of various qualities, suddenly there were many places to get entertainment, including the newly formed body suspension group.
Chasing the Ghost

Rather than increase variety this lead to the cheapest troupe being hired more than the one with the better shows (read: hot women, actual fetish play other than rope bondage, hot women).
5The Birthday Massacre
Looking Glass

With their egos stroked and the cheapskate DJ's pocket feeling satisfactorily heavy many shows were put on and many quasi-fetish shows performed.
6The LoveCrave
Soul Saliva

Too many fetish shows; both gay clubs started throwing shows, one well organized the other a shitstorm of bad planning. The original scene threw one as well, all this in the time frame of a little over a month.
Winter Cities

Now the low cost troupe considers itself hot stuff, when in reality it is just one view on fetishes; they're only human after all. If anything it's like an acting troupe, bad acting and bad mic presence included.
Welcome to Goodbye

Fueled by the cheapskate DJ and pushed forward by a manic-depressive producer/body-mod advocate who constantly has issues the troupe decided that another show was needed, right after one had ended.
9Assemblage 23

And so our story of the town with too much a good thing comes to a close...
10Unter Null
Moving On

I'm seriously considering being done with their bullshit organization, low budgets, and lack of checking a venue's sound setup.
