06.26.12 | At first it was a ksod, repair wouldn't do anything, safe mode(s) wouldn't do anything, restart in 640 wouldn't do anything, repair disc wouldn't load, etc. Switch automatic restart off and found out it was a unmountable boot error.; proceeded to trawl through more forum posts on how to fix it/at least get it to show a screen.
Changed HDD's type from IDE to Compatibility, let me scan (no errors found). Tried Memory test, no errors found. Full scan for viruses is almost done, and later tonight I'll be running an verifier on all non-Microsoft drivers.
So in the end just a lot of google happened :/ |
