First Show Of The Year Last Night

Holy crap it was fucking awesome minus A Skylit Drive. Can't stop talking about it even if people don't care haha, it was just so good. Here's a review of each band I saw
1A Skylit Drive
Adelphia

I was a fan of these guys back in the day but I feel Jag ruined em and
made em more generic. That said they weren't too bad (despite 3 songs
starting with the same breakdown lmao) and the crowd seemed to dig it
hard
2Animals As Leaders
Animals As Leaders

Third time seeing these guys and they always seem just to get better and
better. Glad they didn't have to open for once so they got a bit of a longer
setlist and played through it with such ease and sharpness. Even some
gnarly mosh pits opened up for them. Fucking flawless
3Thursday
Full Collapse

First time seeing Thursday and will definitely not be my last. I chose the
perfect night seeing as they played their best album IN FULL! So much
energy and emotion, gotta love hundreds of people singing along to
Understanding in a Car Crash
4Underoath
Define the Great Line

Underoath has been one of my favorite bands for years and I got to say
even I was a little skeptical about how they'd do without Aaron in the band.
Boy was I wrong, Spencer absolutely killed it on both the new and old
songs and it seems the band has added a lot more stage presence to their
shows which is great to see. Overall this not only was a great show, but
one of the best I've been to
