03.10.12 | I'm very familiar with Mac hardware and believe me when I say the cooling system is not the best in
the laptop world. The sounds you hear are the cooling fans speeding up to attempt to dissipate the
volumes of heat the CPU (and GPU depending on which MacBook you have) produce, the excess of which is
likely caused by the video activity you mentioned. Pay no mind, it is completely normal, although
depending on how old the computer is and what kind of environment it's been running in a good cleaning
with some canned air will work wonders. |

03.10.12 | I'm happy with my pc desktop. I've had bad luck with laptops across the board. And for me, a laptop is largely ridiculous because they aren't very upgradeable, cost a lot to repair, and have a short life span.
