I Saw Sigur Ros Last Night

I went to the Harvest festival in Sydney last night. Sigur Ros live were on a completely rdifferent level to anything I have ever experienced before. The band were flawless and their rsetup was beautiful. The crowd space in front of the stage was built up like an amphitheatre rand my friends and I were at the very front against the bars. It was ridiculous, as they were rsetting up the sky turned sort of purple and all these clouds and wisps of mist appeared. rCouldn't have asked for a better atmosphere for a band like that. I haven't seen that sort of rcrowd reaction to a band before either. Everybody was silent and completely immersed the rwhole way through their set. Anyway, sorry for rambling but I just had to post about this rsomewhere haha. List is bands I saw on the day.
1Sigur Ros
Takk...
2Beck
Odelay!

Ashamed to say I hadn't really listened to Beck but they went off!
3Cake
Comfort Eagle

Singer was hilarious. He separated the crowd into two groups and got us to sing parts of one of their songs. "The free people who like eating lots of drugs" and "the angry people who hate the world".
4Mike Patton
Mondo Cane

I love Mr. Bungle so I was psyched for this. He had an orchestra, choir, composer and a theremin player on stage with him. Absolutely epic.
5The Dandy Warhols
Thirteen Tales From Urban Bohemia
