| Songs I've Enjoyed So Far This 2010 (recommend, Also)
2010, from what I've heard of one-fourth of it, sounds pretty good for now. Haven't heard much though. Recommend me some more 2010 stuff. =] I'm fine with any genre, as long as it's good. | 1 | Ihsahn On the Shores
The last song on the last album in Ihsahn's trilogy. The saxophone blends beautifully with the rest of the instruments to make a truly depressing feel. Ihsahn is a wonderful musician. Amazing | 2 | Cynic King
Several people don't like this newly revealed song from Cynic's new EP, but I love it. Paul shows his musical talent by mixing the soft Aeon Spoke-y feel with the acoustic guitars, vocals unmasked by the vocoder, and no presence of growls while mixing the strange progressive side of Cynic. And the electronic part at the end completes it. Still growing on me, but I love it already. | 3 | The Dillinger Escape Plan Chinese Whispers
Aggressive, catchy, angry, happy, and strange are the words to describe this. No other band could make this song, and Dillinger couldn't have if they didn't change their style. | 4 | Dark Fortress As the World Keels Over
Such a depressing song.. Still getting into it, but it's a great track. | |

04.25.10 | OP is great, my favorite song off of it is Parasitic Twins. | TheAJMetal
04.25.10 | I own OP. I like every song off it, and I may or may not see them live this summer. OP is my favorite album from them, though I haven't completely acquired a taste for mathcore, so I might change my mind when I get into their other albums. | 8bit
04.25.10 | Yeah, it's a lot to take in. I bought Calculating Infinity and didn't really get into it at first, but now it's my favorite album by them. If you like OP, the check out these other albums by Dillinger:
Calculating Infinity ~ best tracks are Sugar Coated Sour/ 43% Burnt
Miss Machine ~ Panasonic Youth/Sunshine the Werewolf.
Irony is a Dead Scene with Mike Patton on vocals ~ When Good Dogs do Bad Things | TheAJMetal
04.25.10 | I've listened to most of Calculating Infinity. Might buy sometime. Same with Miss Machine and maybe Irony is a Dead Scene. |
