clercqie 05.25.11	Well, Autechre is one of the best electronic acts ever, be sure to check them out. But if you want that kind of instrumentation, you're not going to find it with them; that's what I meant.

Chrisjon89 05.25.11	For 7 and 10, I'd recommend John Coltrane - Crescent Solid as a rock, especially 'Wise One' and 'Lonnie's Lament'. Amazing melodic stuff. Nowhere near as up tempo as Giant Steps, not as consistently good as A Love Supreme but still awesome. Same line up as A Love Supreme. Also check out Pharoah Sanders' song 'Hum-Allah Hum-Allah Hum-Allah'. He played with Coltrane in the mid 60s. Freakishly awesome sax player in his own right but this is deceptively simple. It also has vocals, and yodelling. If that sounds awesome, it's because it damn well is. aok 05.25.11	future sound of london - lifeforms is awesome (not quite sure how similar it is to what you're looking for though). feel more like i'm on a weird planet with a funky rainforest. nosaj thing - drift is cool flying lotus esque stuff plus you can't really go wrong with aphex twin's richard d james album or autechre for that matter
