Never continue to dwell on feelings or ideas of any discomfort, because you'll end up having an unpleasant experience. That's unfortunate that you didn't have a good time. If you ever want to try shrooms again, do it with some friends you feel very connected to and try listening to music you all really enjoy.

cliiint 05.11.12	its not a gamble it's actually pretty calculated. if you hit it just right you can feel great physically, watch peoples faces melt and STILL be able to carry on a conversation with a sober person and they'll have no clue you're tripping. it's pretty sensitive tho, the sliding scale. especially with the ugly fuckers, .5 can change a good time to a 3 dimensional eyes closed nightmare for 3 straight hours. anytime i get a new batch i start with 1 gram and increase it by .5 until i find the sweet spot.

Mojito 05.11.12	'and has gotten us nowhere' not necessarily man, i mean sure drugs can be seen as a waste of time and in my experience they definitely halt any meaningful productivity but people who do drugs, particularly drugs like shrooms and acid will have experiences that may shape the way they perceive the world around them for a long time to come. i know personally i've only done acid and i had a pretty bad trip at the start but i came out of it knowing what i wanted to do with my life and with a deeper appreciation of the people around me. i can't really say everyone gets value like that out of it but it's an alternative that people seek, just like people prefer to believe that there is a god. i dig it, you get a lot of reassurance out of having faith and that's cool - just don't be so quick to trash drugs. also lol at anyone claiming victory in a religious debate...

I've had one or two bad experiences with them (one was the only time I did them indoors, I wouldn't recommend it, outdoors is much better, and another time was because I just kept worrying about shit on them, which is terrible, best to go into it positive) but most of the time I've had nothing but amazing experiences.

Mushrooms grown in the earth or chemical compounds made in a home lab... safety and the like really isn't in favor of acid. Obviously this depends largely on the buyer, as you are more than welcome to buy acid with whatever additives and purity levels you so desire. Shroom's are safer because of their nature, imo.

But they're great when you have the right attitude which is pretty easy to do and incredibly worth the while. It's great if you were to have a pen and paper with you and you can marvel at a later time what you've written lol.

The really good ones I was able to get were gold capped and slightly dark shad of white stems so if you find someone with something similar then those may be good ones to get but make sure you do your homework and acid is not the best idea...plus it's much easier to tell safe shrooms from "safe" acid.

All like 8 of us just listened to 60s psychedelic rock the whole time and didnt leave the living room of our apartment all day. The second time was kind of a bad trip for me. It might have been because I didnt get any sleep the night before and popped a 5 hour energy right before I shroomed. I was way too hyper and my mind was racing too much. I was going through some bad shit at the time which added to it. We walked around the city and chilled by the lake which was cool though. All in all it does depend on who you're with, what kind of mood you're in, and your attitude. Try meditating or just learn to be in the moment a little better and you should be fine.

It all depends on your state of mind and your level of fatigue when you take it, also, the people you're with.

But the movie and music thing works awesome. One of the trippiest is Sleeping Beauty and Radiohead. Just line up your favorite Radiohead albums mute the movie and lit it play... Even the previews and credits. At the end of the copy of Sleeping Beauty that I have it goes into a documentary of the Grand Canon after the credits end. It is amazing!!!!!!!!
