Some new, some old.
|1||System of a Down|
My first metuhl album. I would play Prison Song and Chop Suey over and
over and over and over again. So surprised I didn't wear the CD out. First
band to propel me into heavier music. Not always better though, because
this still slays.
It wouldn't be a feit list without these guys, would it? Anyway though, one of my
first loved bands, and still are. I loved Fred Durst's angry I don't give a fuck, yet
still sensitive attitude. Shaped me into the sagging pants, red capped bro I am
My first chick album. Before this I thought any music with a women singing
was for fags/chicks. But this changed that.
No Strings Attached
Fuck yeah a boy band. This, is probably the first band I loved, not gonna lie.
It kind of sorta turned me on to more sensitive, emotional music. Even saw
|5||Alice In Chains|
Omggggg this album. This was my religion in 7th grade. Listened to it damn
near everyday. Hate to Feel and Dirt are still probably my favorites off of this.
The Marshall Mathers LP
The first rapper that I loved, probably the same for a lot of people. But even
as a 7 year old this was one of my favorite albums. And yes, my mom let me
listen to it. (Even she loves it xD). This is where I got my snotty, immature
Actually only got this album a few months ago, but this has shaped me
almost more than any other album. The atmospherics are just so haunting
and Chino's vox have so much passion it's hard not to love.
The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me
Also a newer one, but this has helped me through so much these past few
months. Jesus Christ and Degausser encompass pretty much exactly how I
feel at the end of the day, behind my happy go lucky attitude during the
omg this is totally turning into a gay, sputnik list. But seriously, this helped
me a lot a few months ago. The desperate, ethereal sounds of "How to
Disappear Completely" still get me. And totally bring me back to a few
moments in my earlier junior high/ high school years
Devil Without A Cause
There we go, this should even things out. If I were to ever be a nice,
normal kid. This was the end. I didn't know what "I'm gonna paint his town
red, then paint his wife white UHHHH" meant. But I fucking loved it.
Between the chilled out songs like "Wasting Time" and "I Got One For Ya",
this absolutely owns.
YEAH, EVEN BETTER
Josh D. dislikes most of these.
It's okay, I understand.
I used to have 10 when I was a kid.
OMG! 4 must have been my favorite album when I was like 5.
taroo youre so weird
Yessssss @ taroo.
eternium you should own it now
We're better, connected.
you luv it dry?
5 is still my religion
1,5,7 absofuckinlutely. Honestly, ur honesty is manly.
Now that I remember, 4 was the first thing I ever stole. I stole it from my dad. It was either that or ments from the store.
It's why im in the MMM, bro
"4 was the first thing I ever stole. I stole it from my dad"
does not compute
u bad girl u
You and I.... are not so different after all, Mr. feit:
I didn't ever live with my dad. My parents have been divorced for as long as I can remember. So I went to my Dad's house on day and stole it.
Why did your dad have it in the first place is a good question
How should I know?
Lol, it turns out we aren't. But I still like some of the bands you don't. xD
I've grown up in my taste, but unlike most haven't thrown everything else aside. (Minus a few, ofc.)
No, I mean that your dad owned an Nsync album lol. Are you sure he's biological? :P
MA NAME IS KIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIID
haha yeah, I could listen to any of those albums (even BSB) for nostalgia's sake... but I don't enjoy them anymore.
I've been brainwashed by sputnik.
