That's why it seems like it will be one in the morning and you will check again in what feels like minutes only to find that it's four. |

Melatonin isn't a drug. It's actually the chemical in your brain that makes you tired. Somehow they synthesised it into a tablet form.
It still won't knock you out like sleeping pills, it will just help you get to sleep. Because of this it is non addictive, not harmful in the least and impossible to overdose on. Kind of like the marijuana of sleeping pills. |
