For those wondering about Lupe, Wiz, Wayne, Big Sean, etc. being on the list: I did not like those records. This is a ranked list, not a "best of" list. I probably should've put some descriptions with ratings if I confused people. Sorry. 34 is really where all the stuff I really enjoyed ends.
And I've been putting off Tech N9ne for the longest time, dunno why. I've just never really been that much of a fan of him. I mean, by a technical standpoint he's like none other, but as for his music I've never really gotten into him that much.
Definitely gonna check out the Sims soon because I've heard a bunch of good stuff about it, as well as the new Gangster Gibbs mixtape because he's one of the most promising new rappers I've heard. |
