Back when I was getting into more experimental metal, I, the uneducated, was in shock
when I heard the music brain child of Toby Driver. These guys supposedly use astral
projection as a muse to their music and I can definitely hear it. For a good hour while I'm
listening to this LP, my mind is floating through time and space just observing....being

THE classic screamo album for me. I don't even have to use my imaginatinon with
this CD, but thats not a bad thing in the slightest. CTTS's lyrics are pretty much
prose, every word brings a certain nuance to each set of lyrics. I would definitely
pay for a nice book with this band's lyrics enclosed within it

Lovely true screamo album. Reminds me a bit of Mars Volta's Amputechure with all
the horns. I feel like I'm in an old school French Noir film.

Anyways, I think about weird shit on this one: Dogs heading multi million companies, Dominatrices walking
their slaves on leashes, Bible Thumpers installing brain control
in church followers....You get the idea don't you?

Such a mature sound compared to the groups previous efforts. I guess I can say that
the album feels very Brave New World/We/Clockwork Orange. I can envision streets
without lively chatter and dilapidated hovels where people are living in fear (before).

Post-Metal represent! To me, I think this LP crafted the sound Thrice was looking for on
their Alchemy Index's 1-4. Every song encompasses the spirit of nature whether it be
water and air or fire and lightning. Words can't capture the emotions felt
