06.01.10 | Pretty good list imo, but does anyone else feel like there are really two different types of metalcore? Like there's more traditional metalcore (Botch, Converge, etc.) that is a true definition of the word while there is the new school of metalcore that focuses more on the good cop/bad cop style with the swedish death metal riffs (Killswitch, All That Remains, etc?). So when people bitch about there being lack of Converge or whatever it kind of annoys me because it seems to really just be a matter of perspective. |
