01.08.10 | @ Progmaster: I have the entire Decemberists discography but I haven't listened to it much, so I'll probably give the Crane Wife a few spins. I'm already familiar with Arcade Fire's Funeral as well as The National. I've listened to At the Drive-In a few times, but I'm not really getting into them. Okkervil River is a band I've heard many good things about but have yet to delve into, so I'll definitely check 'em out. I'll give The Appleseed Cast a try to.
@YouAreMySilence: Temper Trap is good (I already have their 'Conditions' record). I'll check out As Cities Burn (I like a few bands on Tooth and Nail + Solid State records).
@ShadowAmI: AFI is good. I really like their 'Sing the Sorrow' record.
@JWT155: I've heard good things about Thrice so I'll check 'em out.
@Yotimi: I'm very familiar with 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7. I'll listen to the others though.
@jrowa001: Will do.
@Dreamsoffew: The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, The Shins, The White Stripes, and The Raconteurs are all fantastic. A friend of mine really likes Dredg, plus their prog rock, so I'll definitely give that album a few plays. I'll also listen to Pedestrian and Blackfield. |
