04.05.10 | Les Rallizes Dénudés is the band. '77 live is the only real album they have. They started in Kyoto in '66 I think. It's a noise rock band that was really far ahead of it's time. It's basically a washed-out noised up version of Velvet Underground. I love Radiohead more then anyone on earth and '77 live is better then everything they have done up Amnesiac.

04.05.10 | In some ways, but they underlying social problems that for me are hard to ignore (i.e The Ainu and Burakumin). It pisses me off that some people have xenocentrism for Japan without any knowledge outside of anime, music, film, trading cards, video games and martial arts.

04.05.10 | No, but I did a lot of reading about Japan when I was younger because at the time I wanted to live there and thought it would be a good idea to have some knowledge of the nation that wait for me to finally get there and hate it. Plus some of my interest (manga and martial arts) exposed me to a lot of Japanese people, so I grew up and became friends with some of them. |
