Immediately, I am taken away; if this song comes up on shuffle, you better believe I'm going to end up listening to the whole album when it's over. My favorite song from my favorite album, which even after countless listens still holds the same magic. |

Whether it's the creepy autotuned cries of "stupid man, in the windoooow, I couldn't be adressed" to the happy, fantastic sing-along that is the last 9 minutes of this song, Sufjan lays everything on the table here. It's all there, free for everyone to disect, but it's totally flawless. A genre-bending classic. Tied: Age of Adz, Vesuvius, I Want to Be Well. |
