Possible Aoty Contenders & Why

Albums I shall continue to fap about. Kinda loose ranking and waiting for December to maybe blow my mind.
1Black Swan
Black Swan (In 8 Movements)

Omg just listen to Pt(s). I&II and you'll probably feel compelled to keep listening
2Heinali and Matt Finney
Conjoined

okay so Town Line EP = ambient w/post rock influences = fucking awesome Lemonade EP = post rock w/ambient influences = fucking awesome!!!!!!!!! Conjoined = post rock/drone w/ambient influences = FUCKING AWESOME.
3Sleepwalker
2010 Tour CD-R

Okay so I haven't fapped about this as much, but seriously this rules hardcore. It's so hard to explain what this really sounds like, it has shoegaze influences, kinda garage rock influences but also has a great drone vibe at times and the first sound definitely has an industrial feel to it. Oh and it's black metal too. Also. a definite upgrade in production from the demo although I like both of these pretty much the same.
4Enslaved
Axioma Ethica Odini

Seriously this rules face and is definitely not only Enslaved's best album but probably the best prog black/viking/whatev album ever. You know what I mean.
5Woe
Quietly, Undramatically

The drumming on this is so killer. Everything is pretty killer but seriously wow those drums.
