5 Most Overlooked Albums

Overlooked due to what came before it.
5Machine Head
The Burning Red

Miles away from the mighty "Burn My eyes" but we all know this was hated purely because of one track that he raps on and It's a dark and brutal album, I think Robb described it as a giant emotional scar.
4Cannibal Corpse
Bloodthirst

This could easily be a "Best Of" on its own, after doing what is now a classic album I guess at that point people were only clamoring for those songs we expect them to play as oppose to what's on here... Pure gold!
3Soilwork
Sworn To A Great Divide

I believe no one cared for this due to the departure of the founding Guitarist... and the fact that the guitar tone on this release is abysmal... but the song writing and the melodies are few of the best Soilwork produced... I just wish they'd re-record the guitar parts.
2Sepultura
Nation

Probably the oddest Sepultura release, it's the least focused and the most diverse and interesting... at least to those who don't have Max in mind because we all know he's not going back... and I hope not.
1Strapping Young Lad
The New Black

After the masterpiece that was "City", who really cares for anything SYL... and it has been said that this was done solely to honour their contract but I feel there is sufficient reasons not to not care about the final SYL here... you just gotta think in your mind that "City" never existed.
