Musical Coincidences / Rip-offs

This is a list to talk about bands that have similarities that have to be coincidences, and bands who rip off others songs. These are just off the top of my head.
1Deftones
White Pony
2At the Drive-In
Relationship of Command

Coincidence? - Both bands had horses on the covers, both came out the same year, are arguably their best albums, and also brought their genres into some mainstream.
3Converge
No Heroes
4Thursday
A City by the Light Divided

Coincidence? - Both of these albums came out the same year, have the same color pattern, both feature birds, and are arguably their worst album.
5Cursive
The Ugly Organ
6Kings of Leon
Only by the Night

Coincidence, or Ripoff? - Sex On Fire sounds a bit too much like Staying Alive off The Ugly Organ. I don't know if Kings of Leon ever liked Cursive but if they did, Tim Kasher should sue.
