The guitars are absolutely out of this world, and the drumming is like a machine gun that shoots lazers.

This should actually be #4 but I'm too lazy to change it. This album features some of the most thrilling

Very fun to listen to; melodic and fast-paced. Also a nice element of classic power-metal helps out. | | 9 |  | Origin
Antithesis
Insanely fast and technically unrivaled, Origin's only weakness is lack of variation and hook-y-ness. | |

08.24.09 | Meshuggah are certinally not tech death and I'd say Arsis were more of a melodic death metal band. 6 is a crazy album but gets very tiresome to listen to, like a lot of tech death. Necrophagist still manage to floor me though, no matter how many times I listen to them. |
