wyankeif1337
06.26.11 | finding nemo would be top if it weren't for the first 10 minutes of Up and everything that came out of Dug's loveable slobbery mouth during that movie |
Trebor.
06.26.11 | Cars 2 is such a combo breaker. |
wyankeif1337

wyankeif1337
06.26.11 | "...erm what about all of their short films?"

ButcheredChildren
06.26.11 | I guess. Most of them are better than a lot of the full lengths that Pixar made. |
FromDaHood
06.26.11 | Chess for 2 was a bomb ass short |

IAmHollywood
06.26.11 | A bug's life was good. It deserves a higher rank on this list just because of the movie it was based off of. |
FromDaHood
06.26.11 | Take that back |
someguest
06.26.11 | How much did she get paid for that line? |
wyankeif1337
06.26.11 | just because it's ranked low doesn't mean it was bad. it's just not as good as other Pixar films. |

Cerbyrus
06.27.11 | The Incredibles > everything else > Cars |
wyankeif1337
06.27.11 | i think the first Cars gets a bit more hate than it deserves: it was a good movie. A Bug's Life was worse. |

06.27.11 | Wall-E needs to be 3 places higher. |

wyankeif1337
06.27.11 | yeah i came close to tearing up during TS3 and i actually did tear up a bit during the first 10 minutes of Up.
come to think of it, the only non-pixar film that invoked an emotional response from me was when the dog died in I Am Legend |
ohfoxxxycole
06.27.11 | wall-e is my favorite pixar movie and one of my favorite movies |
Liberi Fatali
06.27.11 | Up is pretty wicked, but not Pixar's best from my point of view. |

06.27.11 | Toy story 3 is one of the saddest stories ever.

Sleaper
06.27.11 | haha yeh im lucky i got to watch it in my room... would have beer pretty embarassing.
Apparently the film wasnt even catered to 5 year olds, it was directed towards 17- 22 year olds.. pretty cool if u ask me |
wyankeif1337
06.27.11 | what 2? i have no idea what you're speaking of, as far as i know pixar is taking 2011 as a year of rest so that Brave and Monsters University will be as awesome as possible |
wyankeif1337
06.27.11 | what 2? |
wyankeif1337
06.27.11 | and i blame disney and their stupid fucking marketable franchise bullshit for the aforementioned movie that does not exist |
SHAKEandBAKE
06.27.11 | List has been made too many times.
Still need to see Up and Ratatouille. |
ShinXetsu
06.27.11 | I've never cried watching a movie ever but Toy Story 3 made me come close, it was like saying goodbye to my childhood.
Cars 2 is a fucking travesty and the first one isn't even that good in the first place. |

i'm a conservative and i freaking loved that movie

06.27.11 | these movies are all good |
Emim
06.27.11 | They're all so good. I don't think I could rank them.
I've probably watched Nemo the most though... |
Trebor.
06.27.11 | Except Cars |
acorncheese
06.27.11 | all pixar movies are great, but up is tremendously overrated. finding nemo is the best film they've made by a country mile, though it might not be my favorite. my fav would probably be either monsters inc or toy story |
acorncheese
06.27.11 | what the hell...here's my quick ranking (which i think are the best, not my favorite)
finding nemo
toy story
monsters inc
ratatouille
toy story 3
the incredibles
up
toy story 2
a bug's life
never seen cars, never finished wall-e and will never see cars 2 |
IAmKickass
06.27.11 | Wall-E is definitely the best in my book, but Toy Story and Up follow so closely behind it. |
Trebor.
06.27.11 | Wall-e Up and Toy Story are boss |
tiesthatbind
06.27.11 | Toy Story 3 was so good, I didn't think it would top the original but it's close. |
Emim
06.27.11 | "Except Cars"
Except you're wrong. |
IAmKickass
06.27.11 | Toy Story 3 is the shit. |
acorncheese
06.27.11 | ratatouille is by far the most underrated imo |
wyankeif1337
06.27.11 | why do i like Up so much? well, let me think...
"i was hiding under your porch because i love you"
"SQUIRREL"
"hi there! my name is Dug. i have just met you, and i love you"
"will you please be my prisoner?"
"i do not like the cone of shame"
"Hey, I know a joke! A squirrel walks up to a tree and says, "I forgot to store acorns for the winter and now I am dead." Ha! It is funny because the squirrel gets dead."
"I am here with the bird, and I will bring it back, and then you will like me."
"Oh, boy! Oh, boy! I will go get the ball and then bring it back!"
|
TheSpirit
06.27.11 | awful ranking |
wyankeif1337
06.27.11 | how would you rank these, Spirit? |
TheSpirit
06.27.11 | Toy Story
The Incredibles
Up
Monsters Inc.
Ratatouille
A Bugs Life
Toy Story 2
WALL- E
Cars
haven't seen toy story 3 or cars 2 yet |
wyankeif1337
06.27.11 | TS3 was incredible. however, i'd advise to avoid seeing that other movie that does not exist. |
Winesburgohio
06.27.11 | Up and Wall E are terrible movies.
(They made me tear up like a little girl)
|
dfumagalli236
06.27.11 | 5 is number 1 |
Keyblade
06.27.11 | What's the deal with Cars 2 anyway guys? Btw, I agree with many about Bugs Life, I love that movie...grew up on it. |
Emim
06.27.11 | Ratatouille was a really great movie, and I loved Wall E too, even if it took too many cues from Short Circuit |
Masochist
06.27.11 | "Finding Nemo, everything else sucks."
BLASPHEMY.
1. Wall-E
2. Up
T-3. Toy Story 3
T-3. The Incredibles
5. Cars (Oh, yes...everything about the first Cars appealed to me, especially as a former NASCAR fan)
6. Finding Nemo
7. Toy Story
8. Monsters, Inc.
9. Ratatouille
10. Toy Story 2
11. A Bug's Life
...and I'm seeing Cars 2 in about 9 hours.
Wall-E is my #1 because the opening 30-45 minutes (before going into space) is one of the most well-done scenes I've ever seen in an animated movie ever (reminded me so much of Samurai Jack, actually), and Wall-E is such a unique protagonist that it blows my mind that that movie worked so well. In fact, the WORST part of the movie were the humans.
Up...the opening montage was sad, but I didn't threaten to cry until the end when he pinned that Grape Soda cap onto Russell...and that's the first time I almost cried at ANY movie in a looooong time. Next year, it happened again for TS3.
Wasn't as big a fan for A Bug's Life as most people are, and while Ratatouille is rather low on my list, I'll absolutely agree that it's Pixar's most underrated movie.
I'm really, really looking forward to Brave. And I haven't wanted a sequel to a movie as bad as I want one for The Incredibles since Harry Potter (and I KNEW those were coming out). |
wyankeif1337
06.27.11 | i mean, if disney is forcing them to make sequels, then why not force them to do one for The Incredibles? |
FuckinDeadpool
06.27.11 | fuckin hipster assholes who revel in the animation they think they understand and can pull off like some classical masterpiece to behold while everyone laughs at your naivety
pixar thinks youre fuckin morons
you will be tormented very soon. |
G3N3R1C
06.27.11 | I actually hated Ratatouille as much as the first Cars. (Won't be seeing the 2nd one.) |
Fortheloveofmusic
06.27.11 | They're only making a second Cars movie because of all the merchandise (toys, video games, etc.) they can sell from the movie. The first movie itself wasn't even that popular |
Blackbelt54
06.27.11 | Ratatouille might have been the worst movie I've ever seen. I though Finding Nemo was overrated, it was boring to me. And i couldn't get into Toy Story 3 at all for some reason |
acorncheese
06.27.11 | what was it about ratatouille that you didn't like? |
demigod!
06.27.11 | toy story 3 was one of the best movies ever, i cried :[ |
fsharptrit0ne
06.27.11 | It's really emotional, especially if you grew up with the characters like I did |
acorncheese
06.27.11 | ^ yeah |
Polymath
06.27.11 | ^pussy
Toy Story 1 is the best of all, nothing to it. |
fsharptrit0ne
06.27.11 | TS3 and TS1 are tied for me tbh |
Polymath
06.27.11 | ^good man |
acorncheese
06.27.11 | 1>3>>>2 |
wyankeif1337
06.27.11 | i personally prefer TS3, but the other 2 are awesome as well. |
UnnamedOcean
06.27.11 | It baffles me why Pixar would decide to make a sequel of what was obviously their worst movie. |
wyankeif1337
06.27.11 | it's pretty much because disney wanted a franchise that they can make a lot of money off of through merchandising, and Cars, despite its standing in comparison to other Pixar films, could make a lot more money than, say, Up could, even though Up was a hugely superior film. |
fsharptrit0ne
06.27.11 | I still haven't seen Cars, and I really just don't want to. |
tiesthatbind
06.27.11 | I thought the first Cars was decent. |
wyankeif1337
06.27.11 | the first Cars was still an awesome film: it just wasn't quite as awesome as some of Pixar's other films. |
fsharptrit0ne
06.27.11 | Maybe I'm just being ignorant, I really do love all Pixar films |
Blackbelt54
06.27.11 | idk what it was about Ratatouille, I thought it was super boring. One of the worst movies I've seen was an exaggeration, it wasn't that terrible. And I couldn't connect with Toy Story 3 emotionally, probably cuz I never had sentimental attachment to my toys |
greg84
06.27.11 | I've got all their movies on dvd and find them really difficult to rate. I guess The Incredibles and Up ftw. |
wyankeif1337
06.27.11 | "And I couldn't connect with Toy Story 3 emotionally, probably cuz I never had sentimental attachment to my toys"
neither was i, but it hit me not because of the toys but because of the whole growing up theme. |
