Seen 11, they were bad but MSI were supporting :D
Also 5 was my first gig and they were flawless
Haven't seen any of these, but would love to see 1, 6, 12 & 14. I'm gonna see 19 in Feb.
Question; Since you were at the Muse Wembley show, were you a little disappointed with how H.A.A.R.P turned out...???
nothing to do with the list really, but are you from Liverpool?
Pendulum sucked hard live when I saw them. And I mean REALLY sucked. The band themselves stood at the back of the stage playing exactly the same arrangements as the studio versions of their songs, not engaging the audience at all. As if to make things worse, they got a guy to walk around the front of the stage saying 'Yeah' and occasionally treating us to a '... we're Pendulum!' Thrilling stuff.
Oh yeah, some good bands on this list. I've never thought of MCR as a particularly good live band, but nowhere near as bad as Pendulum.
CTL: Yes I'm from Liverpool, although I don't live there anymore.
DaveyBoy: Tbh, I didn't know what to expect seeing as how bad the Absolution DVD was (Earl's Court was way better than Glasto) so I was pretty pleased even though it was the other night.
Spamue1G: I know Pendulum divide opinion a bit. I am a pretty big fan of both albums but I was unsure about how they'd cope live but they definately put on a very good show IMHO at Leeds. And I know I'm not alone in that, I've heard so many comments about what people thought of the show. The MC is a prick though. With regards to MCR, I must admit I hated them and only went to see them live as a favour to a mate. I was incredibly impressed by their stage presence and how tight they played - although later TV appearances seem to suggest this isn't usually the case. A similar thing with Arctic Monkeys, who I only stood through to get a good place for Muse, but was highly impressed.
