Spoof on http://mediafire.com/emoisdead.
|1||I Pilot Daemon|
Come What May
Probably the heaviest, darkest emo album of the year. And it's free!!! http://ipilotdaemon.antiheroes.org/, I also suggest people check out "Happily Depressed" if they're into this.
An Age Among Them
Rinoa is one of those more generic, post rock influenced skram bands, but something about this album's overall tone and atmosphere just continues to get me hard. Their self titled EP is beautiful as well.
|3||Heaven In Her Arms|
Another band that embraced the darker end of their sound, Heaven In Her Arms is finally beginning to find their own sound outside of Envy's.
That being said, Envy is still quite at the top of Japanese skram.
Crusty, filthy, and almost blackmetally... I saw kids on SLSK calling this album "necrocrust" lolololol.
|6|| ||United Nations|
Nevermind The Bombings, Here's Your Six Figures
Did I hear more Rickly on here than their ST?
|7||Pianos Become The Teeth|
I know this is a 2009 album, but it's still so relevant of an example of how awesome the skram scene still is.
|8||Sed Non Satiata|
Sed Non Satiata
I keep overlooking this, but it's goddamn brilliant. This band is finally making themselves stand out amongst earlier French bands.
Loma Prieta seems to be going towards a more hardcore sound again, which is good for them imo.
Isolation Is A Gift
Tentacles is an "Emoviolence" band from Texas. Ben is really into cats if I can recall.
