After bestowing my golden nuggets of knowledge on the subject of grilling, it only seemed fitting that I share five sick cocktail recipes guaranteed to give your outdoor soirees an infusion of class.
Cognac Lemonade - 1 750 ml bottle of Pierre Ferrand Ambre cognac, 3 (11.15 oz) cans of San Pellegrino Limonata, 2 large tea bags

Steep the tea bags with the cognac for 3-5 minutes in a large mason jar or jug. Remove the tea bags and add ice cubes. Pour in the cans of lemon soda. Stir and pour into glasses using a cocktail strainer.

Applejack Raspberry Lemonade - 10 oz (10 lemons) fresh lemon juice, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 3/4 cup soda water, 10 sprigs of mint, 1 half pint container fresh raspberry, 1 750 ml bottle of Laird's Applejack
Caress of Steel
Juice the lemons into a large pitcher. Stir in the granulated sugar to dissolve. Add the soda water. Take the mint between the hands and crush it to release the oils. Then add the crushed mint to the pitcher. Do the same with the fresh raspberries. Pour in the bottle of Applejack and stir.
Llenandose de Gusanos
Cervesarita - 4 oz Sol or Pacifico, 2 oz Jose Cuervo tequila, 2 oz Simply Limeade
The Private Press
Pour all ingredients into a tall beer glass and stir gently. Serve chilled.
Garden Martini - 1 1/2 oz Crop tomato vodka, 1 1/2 Crop cucumber vodka, 1/2 oz freshly squeezed juice from tomato, 1/2 oz freshly squeezed juice from cucumber, 1/2 oz olive juice
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into martini glass.
Ginger Basil Fizz - 2 oz Skyy ginger vodka, 1 oz Plymouth gin, 1/2 oz key lime juice, 1 oz Red Rock ginger ale, 3 basil leaves
Rub the basil leaves in the palm of one hand with the thumb of the other hand to release the oils, and place in a tall glass with ice. Shake the vodka, gin, and key lime juice in a cocktail shaker and strain over the glass with ice. Top with the ginger ale.
