| Radiohead Albums Ranked
Another fairly generic list, but all of these albums
mean so much to
me that I felt I had to do it. Please tell me your
rankings. | 1 | | Radiohead OK Computer
This album changed the way I look at music. Any praise this album receives,
it more then deserves. The very definition of a Classic.
Favorite song: Exit Music (for a Film) | 2 | | Radiohead Kid A
Another Classic, this album is packed with so much emotion.
Favorite song: How to Disappear Completely | 3 | | Radiohead In Rainbows
A modern masterpiece, one of the most atmospheric albums I have ever
listened to. This might move to the number two spot soon.
Favorite song: All I Need | 4 | | Radiohead The Bends
A pretty brilliant album in it's own right. Not terribly original, in fact, a
few of
the songs are very U2, but it is so very emotional, some of the songs give
me the chills every time I hear them.
Favorite song: Fake Plastic Trees | 5 | | Radiohead Hail to the Thief
I don't think people fully appreciate this album. It has its flaws, it's a
little
too long, it could have done without one or two of the songs, but it is so
diverse in its styles that it makes it one of their more interesting albums,
which is saying a lot. I got pretty addicted to this album for awhile, so it is
very nostalgic as well.
Favorite song: 2 + 2 = 5 | 6 | | Radiohead Amnesiac
It's got some really good songs on it, but it feels more like a compilation of
b-sides from Kid A then anything.
Favorite song: Like Spinning Plates | 7 | | Radiohead Pablo Honey
I pretend this one doesn't exist. Its not all bad I suppose, there a few good
songs, such as Thinking About You and Blow Out. Not to mention Creep,
even though I'm not a huge fan of it, it had a huge impact on Radiohead's
career.
Favorite song: Thinking About You | |

Amnesiac

While I hate doing this (I actually do cause you like In Rainbows and other than the fact you don't have there there as your favourite [stupid spuntik thinks I spelled that wrong] song on hail this list is really good]
...But Amnesiac is not a poor man's Kid A. It is there hardest work to get into and none of the songs really really shine nor is there the spectacular meaning and non-meaning of 1,2. Amnesiac is not catchy like Kid A was it is hard and more biting. It is beautifully complicated (alternating time signature of 3/4 and 7/8 on Pyramid Song) without falling into the pretentiousness of a lesser band (cough*tool)
I really urge people to give this album more of a listen...and to please get it away from it's atrocious 3.9 | Romulus

11.12.09 | when will the world realize amnesiac is their best album? | BenX02
11.12.09 | @ safetysynyster. This is my list, I can put stuff wherever I want.
@ MilesR. Amnesiac is by no means a bad album, but it's nowhere near their best in my opinion. There are some pretty weak tracks on it. | qwe3
11.12.09 | 6 is waaay too low | AnotherBrick
11.12.09 | or no one answer me :( | BenX02
11.12.09 | @ AnotherBrick: That is a hard question to answer. What me and a few other people on this site have said, is that there is just something about the it that is hard to pin-point, that makes it a classic. It could be the flawlessness of every song, or the fact that all of the songs flow perfectly, or a combination of the two. It's hard to say.
I think OK means something a little different to each person, and that's what really makes it a classic. | Fuff24
01.01.10 | great list, though I would put HTTT lower. also, good to see someone acknowledge that radiohead had alot of U2 influence; most people like to pretend they don't,as U2 isn't as hipster friendly. | ov420
