Overrated Musicians

During one of my many daily ramblings through youtube, I came across a stunningly high amount of idiots hyping up all the stereotypical "great" musicians. These are simply my opinions on the matter...
1Joey Jordison

Sure the guy is quick, I'll give him that, but that's it. Listening to Joey Jordison drum is like...well...its like masturbating furiously for an hour without climax. Plus, the guy's ego is so big its started eating itself at this point.
2Victor Wooten

Again, all the guy is is speed for the most part. His playing is so fast sometimes I swear he doesn't even play notes. When he sticks to slow stuff, like the Amazing Grace solo, its pretty good, but that is pretty rare...
3that guitarist from Damone...lets just go with Whatshisface

Now I will never understand scene kid's fascination with Whatshisface. I guess he is decent, but I know people who have been playing for about a year that could kick his angle haired butt...
4every member of Green Day

Don't get me wrong I love their older stuff. Dookie was the s*** (no pun intended). I mean how could you even begin to pretend Mike Dirnt was awesome in any sense of the word? People say Billy Joe "knows his power chords" but what the heck does that even mean. I knew my power chords after I had been playing for about three months. And don't get me started on the glaring mediocrity that is Tre Cool
5Yngwie Malmsteen

I think everybody would agree with me on that one...shredy shredy shred shred shred look at me I'm Swedish. Yeah we get it. Wonder what he's compensating for...
6Angus Young

Honestly, I've never understood whats so great about the guy. He isn't particularly amazingly skilled, and his riffs just always seemed dull and uninspired to me, but maybe that's just me...
7every member of DragonForce

They would be alright if they could actually play like they do on recordings, but I have never once seen them come close to replicating any of it live. Plus their drummer plays the same freaking beat in EVERY SONG. Actually, they all pay the same thing in every freaking song...
8Cliff Burton

I am aware that this will piss most people off, but here me out on this one. Cliff Burton was not a good BASSIST. Cliff Burton was a pretty good GUITAR player who happened to play bass. Actually, Craptallica is pretty overrated anyway...
9Eddie Van Halen

Yeah the guy revolutionized the guitar blah blah blah created tapping blah blah. Well I got news for you, Van Halen did not create two handed tapping. Rip off...
10Kerry King

The guys solos sound like retarded bumble bees. The whammy bar will only get you so far...
