My personal ranking of all Isis albums, obviously I'm wrong because I'm a huge queer.
I like their old stuff more.
Hands down my favorite Isis album, would rate a 5 if I could. Has a lot of elements of doom music into it, and they seem to drift farther away from that as their discog goes on.
First post-metal album ever.
In The Absence of Truth
Like Panopticon, but better.
The Red Sea
Doom as hell at times.
Honestly starts to drag on at times.
The Mosquito Control EP
No comment. CHANGE PLACES!
521346 for me.
lol, shit, dude. i was about to do this last night, but i decided against it.
5 needs to be much higher. i can't decide between 2 and 5, and then I'd have 3 below them. The others would be in the same order relative to each other for me.
probably the dumbest order i've ever seen
5 is my fav.
Well the only Isis album i've heard is 5 and I thought it was really boring...so maybe I should check out some of their other stuff then.
1 is the only one i've heard but it is quite solid...check out Minsk-Ritual Fires of abandonement if you want some more good post metal
what happened to accepting other people's opinions chan eh? INTOLERANCE, GET HIM
your opinions suck nigga
"First post-metal album ever."
what album should I start with these guys?
it depends, if you want heavier, go for Celestial.
if you want more of a post-rock feel, Panopticon.
somewhere in the middle, Oceanic.
wonder how panopticon ended up at 5....will be watching these guys live on dec 7 ..cant wait
