MetallicOpeth 01.06.11	how much do you weigh Payne? I would say keep hitting weights regularly but put a larger focus on back. It's your biggest muscle group (besides legs) and it's important to have a strong back to help support your other lifts (bench, etc).

PayneTiger777 01.07.11	I weigh 146. I've been fairly skinny my whole life. The problem with my back is that I have slight scoliosis and I don't know how I can fix it. Right now I can just barely bench 100.

Star doing machine/dumbell rows, lat pulldowns and work your way into pull ups. Building your shoulders is the second part lateral raises, military press.
