He jumped right out in front of my car and it had nothing to do with me being high, the dude was just an idiot. Unfortunately for me, the cops were right behind me when it happened and saw everything. Only ended up getting a $100 fine so it's not that bad. |

Yet, if you have a pipe/bong/etc on you, God forbid, it's like you bombed a police station. You can get 6 months in jail here for just being caught with one. |
