The Doors - Riders on the Storm
Led Zeppelin - Rain Song
Jimi Hendrix - Rainy Day Dream Away
Nick Drake - Time Has Told Me (actually all of his stuff works)
Neil Young - See the Sky About to Rain or Don't Let It Bring You Down (or any of his folk stuff)
or anything by Sun Kil Moon, Explosions in the Sky, Talk Talk's post rock stuff. I also find minimalistic experimental music like Tartar Lamb or Arvo Part to work perfectly with rainy weather.
