08.05.07 | There are a lot of different styles and artists ranging from modern to old school. I don't have a lot of albums but I have a lot of compilations and "Greatest Hits" so I'll just suggest artists that I like:
Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters, Fats Domino, Ray Charles, B. B. King, Stevie Ray Vaugn, The Allman Brothers Band... There are so many out there. For a more jazz-based improvisational blues guitarist, check out Django Reinhardt. | ghostface30612
08.05.07 | *Stevie Ray Vaughn | jrowa001
08.05.07 | the only blues i have is a B.B. King greatest hits album and its really good | ASberg
08.05.07 | I would say peter greens fleetwood mac. the early stuff not the crap they began putting out after peter green was sacked. very good stuff that is easy to get into if you don't listen to alot of blues. | kazzra

Freddie King: Texas Cannonball

08.05.07 | I'd warn you about ELectric Ladyland. The tracks get pretty lengthy and a lot of it's improvised solos that go nowhere. |
