ATR is the only one that was really ever that good. (besides maybe DT)
Shogun was Trivium's first decent album.
I hope 7 do a better effort than Overcome.
I've lost all hope for 9
I doubt DT will be putting a new album out before 2011.
3 need to break up
But how can these bands possibly get any better?!?!11
yea, they probably won't be any better
I dont really have hopes for Bodom anymore, Alexi seems to be stuck in his thoughts that whats he's doing is thrashy and "good". ATR hopefully can make a comeback, and i'd say Trivium has started "Improving" with Shogun.
3rd person i've seen with that profile pic and it's confusing the crap out of me
Shogun was pretty good, so i think they'll be fine.
there's still hope for 7.
the rest (minus 8, im indifferent towards them) can fuck off, fall off a cliff, and die for all i care.
sure hope 7 can pull through. I'm sadly expecting them to further pursue the mainstream sound on overcome though. 2 was never good. 1 had a decent past album, however it was WAY too long.
Dream Theater's last album was their best in years....
Trivium's latest was ok (roll on the hate), not great but their best so far IMO. Both those albums were slightly underrated if you ask me.
Be interesting if Bullet could do anything better to improve though as all their albums are pretty meh - maybe be a little less cliche?
2 - Their 2nd album was an improvement, idk what you're talking about
7 - Yep, Overcome was a letdown
8 - Black Clouds is DT's best album in a decade, but whatever
9 - They lost it allright
Care to elaborate why Forever Never is up there? The newest album is incredible!
