A friend of mine wants me to go to the Scream the Prayer 2009 with him. It's $25, but I only know most of the bands by reputation, if at all. Anyway, based on who's there, I thought I'd bring it before the all-knowing elders of sputnikmusic to tell me whether or not my money would be better spent on these bands, or, I don't know, Funny People, 500 Days of Summer, and...well...half of some other movie.

I haven't seen 2 before, but I bet they'll be awesome. Other than that, I wouldn't choose to see any of these bands. Some of them I would pay not to see
I wouldn't go, but thats just me. I don't like most of these bands. Also from my experience, seeing a band you don't know, or only have heard a little bit of, usually isn't an enjoyable experience.
these bands all suck wtf
i saw all these bands except 2. and they aren't that good. a plea for purging is funny as hell though
no. go buy two good cds instead.
for $25 i'd go, probably not for much more though.
Project 86 used to be awesome live, but considering that they'll probably play a new-album-heavy setlist, I'm not sure how interesting it'll be.
The rest, eh.......I'd skip.
ha when scream the prayer came through my town, my band got an opening slot 8).
But seriously do not see the Chariot. I'd only see Project 86 and Oh, Sleeper, they were fun.
Go get drunk and have a good time.
