Originally released in 1998, Kauja Pie Saules ( which translates to Battle of the Saule) was Latvian pagan-metal act Skyforger's debut. Due to poor distrobution it was rereleased in 2006 on Paragon Records, allowing the epic battle lore contained within to reach a wider audience. Beauty and the Beat
How the hell did i overlook this for so long. Beauty and the Beat perfectly melds the spirit of 80's hip hop with large doeses of 60's psychadellic rock and 70's soul all the while creating a sound that is very in the now. Not to mention the quality lyrics and flow. GAH SO FUCKING GOOD. | |
