1 kicks ass.
2 is pretty generic, just like that whole album.
3 is pretty amazing, better than the drapery falls even
6 is not good
8 is kinda average, domination is better
3 is pretty good, but, from what I've heard, a lot of people like that song so I'm not sure it qualifies as "underrated".
5 is meh. Not one of their better songs.
8 is alright, although I agree with Thor that Domination is more enjoyable.
10 is really good, much like most of the songs from that album. I think Kamelot, on the whole, is underrated.
1 might be my favourite slayer song.
3 is not underrated.
5 is definitely underrated. That F sharp at 7 minutes in and then the guitar solo rocks me off my feet everytime.
7 is good, but not underrated.
8 is excellent, but previous posters were right.
I never thought Learning to Live was underrated, A lot of people love that song, including me. Definately in my top 10 for the band, and yes, the part altmer mentioned gives me the chills whenever I hear it.
i agree with 2, not much else.
I agree with Altmer that #3 isn't underrated, but it's still vastly overlooked by other songs. Just look at the reviews. "OMG DRAPERY FALLS WTF oh and dirge for november its not that memorable tbqh"
The Drapery Falls is Opeth's best song tbqh though. Dirge is fantastic, jusst results in being one of the weaker on the album because everything else is so goddamn good on that album.
The Door Mouse
5 can get boring, but nevertheless a great song.
The Drapery Falls is not Opeth's best. Fact. Not when songs like Bleak and April Etheral are here.
Bleak > The Drapery Falls. TDF draws from one of Opeth's biggest weaknesses: Repetitiveness.
Agreed with #7
I like that song, technical stuff.
Learning to Live is a beast
postmortem is amazing.
