alachlahol 12.29.10	how is Coffinworm crust? its blackened sludge/doom just because something has dirty production does not make it 'crust'. same thing with Withered they're like Celeste with a death metal edge not crust at all and Unearthly Trance was way unimpressive on first listen. still have it on my itunes though should have deleted that shit long ago

Wizard 12.29.10	alachlahol, crust is more of a tonal kind of vibe, kind of like a production style. I find it hard to actually hear it in the sense of a musical style. Usually, it's associated with sludge or punk. And that Unearthly Trance record rules, it just takes a bit to get into. Thanks everyone for the nice comments.

Wizard 12.30.10	My bad alachlahol, I don't mean to pick at your crust dude hahaha. Name me some bands that you would classify as crust that would be in tune with a musical style rather than tone. Shadow, you know I listen to everything under the sun that is metal and I don't just cater to one sub-genre (elitist or not), hence why you might question my picks. I'm already looking into some stuff on Jingles list, going to be honest though, fucking rules to have people around here who only listen to one type of metal ftmp.
