The Door Mouse
Yours is better than my Canada list.
Sum 41 deserve to be on this list. One thing pop punk needs is a good dose of guitar solos.
Good, but Propagandhi should be here. You probably haven't heard them though.
Best call on the list was The Hip, because they are so underrated outside of Canada. Same with Matt Good.
Is Billy Talent a canadian band?
10 is my favorite on this list.
I find more of Canada sucks than pizzowns, at least from what I've heard. But #10 puts us ahead of almost any country just because it's so awesome.
Canada does pizzown.
+ BTO, The Guess Who, and Neil Young.
Canada sucks :)
oh yeah, Neil Young must be here too
I think that Into Eternity should be on here!
No Nickelback or Avril? :(
Rush makes this list all better.
That's odd. There's no "OMG! RUSH ARE SOOOO AWESOME"
comments from any of the new people.
@Otisbum: This list states some good things about Canada, not the opposite.
Protest the Hero doesnt!
I think Canada also invented the zipper, can someone confirm that for me?
For the uncultivated, Football and Basketball, 2 of USA's natinal sports, were invented in Canada...llike curling but who matters???
There's a bunch of great bands from Canada, you mentioned a couple of them but this list miss some metal bands.
1,4,5 are awesome....but i need some strapping young lad, c&c, and 3
Propagandhi, Weakerthans, Alexisonfire, Neil Young and Fucked Up are all excellent artists that should be on the list, but otherwise well done.
The mere mention of the Hip makes this list bueno. Same with I Mother Earth (as long as its Edwin-era)
4 and 7 yes
Everything else =/
10 kicks ass though
CANADA FUCK YEAH
M A D R I G A L
Not to mention: Into Eternity and Woods of Ypres
Oh my, I had no idea the entirety of the Canadian nation got together one day and discovered how to create a mixture that would compound syrup. Simply amazing.
"I find more of Canada sucks than pizzowns"
1 and 6 are amazing! But.....Billy Talent, Triumph, The Guess Who, are all great canadian bands.
