07.09.10 | I have a 160gig iPod and it's the best thing. I have all of my music anywhere I go and I don't have to worry about having a big CD case sitting in my car waiting for someone to shatter my window-- I also have a iPhone 4... just saying ;)

07.09.10 | It's weird how some people talk about their iPods barely lasting and others talk about how they last forever. My iPod photo lasted two tours of the middle east. Survived sand storms, 120 degree weather, being dropped off of air craft. My cousin has it now, and the battery charge sucks but it still works fine. |

07.09.10 | Like i said before, Apple's iPod hardware seems ok to me. iTunes and the OS for the iPods is awful though. Apple's mentality of "if you buy our product you are only allowed to use our software, end of story, encrypted bullshit" really pisses me off. Hence, never buying an iPod. Plus, the newest WMP is better than iTunes will ever be. I'm actually kind of proud of Microsoft for that one. |

07.09.10 | You can use other software to sync to your iPod, you just have to know where to look. Also, Microsoft does the same thing with their Zunes (last time I read about them, anyway). So, the new WMP is actually good? |

07.09.10 | I installed Windows 7 about 4 months after it came out (waited for it to iron out) and the WMP 12 (i think it's 12?) that came with it was awesome. At first i was apprehensive because of the layout, but as i've been using, i've come to love it. No more searching for music files and attempting to get them in. It automatically puts them in. Everything has been streamlined to a point. I was quite impressed, as i was with the whole Windows 7. My funtimes with Vista almost had me switch to Linux permanently. |
