My 25 Loves Ranked

My top 25 favoritte bands from my past and present self ranked Honorable mentions: The Lonely Island Protest The Hero Mimosa
25Sigur Ros

When you feel down, when you feel up, when you feel optimistic, when you want to feel

Great message if you can get past some of the offputting lyrics.
23Funeral For A Friend

Vocals are m/ idc what you think

Mark Hoppus' performance in +44 is right up there with the very best Blink ever did.

Best modern radio rock band since they started and should be taken more seriously as talented songwriters
20Taking Back Sunday

I gotta show respect where respect is deserved. He got a few bad breaks but he is EXTREMELY underrated

Crisis/Old Crows, Young Cardinals/Dog's Blood
17Tech N9ne/Krizz Kaliko

Let's face it, at this point in Tech N9ne's career, he needs Krizz Kaliko, but the thing is they happen to mesh together amazingly.

Definitely could be argued that I should have underoath higher up on this list, but I have to look at overall discography and it's not all that impressive in the end.
14Kid Cudi

He eats cheerios and I hypocritically refuse to acknowledge his rock album or else he might not even make this list
13Kanye West

Just like Kanye, I'll raise my son to never have an ego, and he will love all people.

He's doing better these days it seems but I don't think it's decided whether or not he will end up a puppet of industry.

It hurts to have Emery so low on the list but a severe lack of depth on latest release We Do What We Want keeps them out. A shame because they are the best dual vocals in any band I've heard. Emery dual vocals > Beatles dual vocals
10Rise Against

SIREN SONG OF THE COUNTER CULTURE barely edges out Emery even though their last album release was just as disappointing

This is a gimee. Deftones arguably should be higher up on this list, but I need to hear another new album before I want to put them in the top 8.
8AFI/Black Audio

True music genius

Another band that could have ended up as my favorite of all time, but it just didn't pan out that way with the chaos of constant member changes being the ultimate destruction of this extremely talented band that never had a weak album and always put inovation of their sound first.
5Coheed & Cambria

Another band potential of being number 1 but I don't think will get there

He's still going and is better than Tupac, or Eminem, or Biggie. Objections heard but never accepted.
3The Beatles

Another one that can't be argued with me.
2Brand New

Their next release doesn't have to follow the paths of their last two albums, but it does have to shock me, make the hairs on my arms stand up, and speak to my soul.....and that's when they will take over the number 1 spot but that automatically goes to...

Concert I just went to helped confirm this.
