06.13.08 | 9 is a long EP of re-recorded songs and a cover (mostly). How can that be considered a mis-step? You'd have to wait for "Damnation and a Day" to actually call one of their albums a mis-step (and then I'd agree, too).
It's the same basic issue with 13, it is just a remix album not a new album, so not really a mis-step either (even if it does suck).

06.13.08 | Warning has a few gems on it; Vol. 3 is Slipknot's best album IMO; The Eminem Show might not be his best, but it certainly isn't his worst (Encore should definitely have a spot on this list). Some of these are mandatory agreements, though (#'s 11, 15, 19, etc.).
