|A Year on Sputnik|
Well worth it. Learned about some good bands I wouldn't have otherwise known about, and met some good people, from here and abroad. Been thinking a lot lately about my music bucket list. This list is the bands I'm sorry I've never seen live, and probably won't ever get to.
Delicate Sound of Thunder
Wright is gone, and I doubt Waters will ever play together with Gilmour and Mason again.
R30: 30th Anniversary Tour
With Peart retired, I'm guessing that's all she wrote.
Coming Up Close: A Retrospective
I've seen Aimee Mann live several times, but I can't see these new wavers ever getting back together.
I know they weren't supposed to have been the greatest live band, but I'd still like to have seen them. Guess there's a slight chance the surviving members might get back together one day, but I'm not betting on it.
Miles of Aisles
I'd have liked to have seen folky Joni, before her voice dropped and she got all jazzy. Now her health is shot, so I don't expect we'll ever see Joni able to play live again.
The Very Best of The Smiths
Another band I doubt will ever get back together. And as much as I like them musically, Morrissey is pretty annoying.
|Grats on that first year Diva, I would def. have killed to see Floyd live.|
