just the studio albums

King Animal

the weakest of soundgardens albums IMO listen to it too know yourself, chris cornell doesnt have that raw power in his soaring vocals that were present in the albums before also the avengers title song was off this album.

Ultramega OK

on this album sounds like a punk band with down tuned guitars and i think this is there only album with hiro yamamoto on bass and vocals on one track , but still it has its moments on tracks like flower , nazi driver and a circle of power but still awesome album

Down on the Upside

making a follow up too an album as amazing as superunkown is obviously a hard task and well they did well i guess not as amazing as superunkown but not bad either had a couple of memorable song and obviously there was chris cornells amazing songwriting talent.

Louder Than Love

Soundgardens second album was a raw visceral barrage of riffs and trademark vocals, really great album with a couple of bangers like full on kevins mom, big dumb sex and the title track, not much attention too song writing or production doesnt make its a bad album this albums sick!
2Soundgarden
Superunknown

soundgarden mixes there sludgy metal sound in with the dream pop and psychedelic influences and what you get is this masterpiece now some people would say this is there best album and actually it closely competes with badmotorfinger but for me bmf had more appeal. Has excellent songs like obviously black hole sun and its efd up video, fell on black days , the groovy spoonman with actually a "spoon" solo , the title track and a few more, excellent album some amazing riffs and solos also great production quality

Badmotorfinger

my love for this album runs as deep as the mariana trench. This album is a grunge, sludge and alt metal classic and its soundgarden at there best imo, open with the fast paced rusty cage which was covered by the man in black johnny cash now what more says that this album is awesome when a legendary artist covers a song of a relatively new band. If somebody ever toldme too define grunge id play outshined too them. over all an excellent album overshadowed by the success of pearl jams ten and nirvanas nevermind
