Music Sleepiness

Sup, just making this list to ask a question, sorry if its drivel. Do you guys ever get tired listening to music to the point where you're thinking more about falling asleep than you are about the music? Sometimes when i sleep less than 8 hours this starts to happen to me about 15 minutes into the album and its really annoying, i could be the best album i've ever heard but i'd still get tired anyway. Anyway, does anyone know why this happens or what i can do to prevent/stop it. Thanks in advance and sorry for wasting your time! list is good albums i've heard recently.
1Robert Wyatt
Ruth is Stranger than Richard

i like this better than rock bottom in all honesty
2The Smith
Strangeways, Here We Come

I've been digging these guys a lot lately and this one feels like its easily their
strongest and most consistent album. Any Smith fans?
3 Bjork
Vulnicera

I'm just hyped about hearing this one!
