Point is, when you're sorting through diamonds, some are going to be less shiny than the others. If you feel like my choices are stupid then okay, but what I'm more interested in hearing is what you think should be there instead. ^

And Punch and Judy is underrated because it's surrounded by masterpieces. Honestly though this is a suicidal effort. I'm waiting for a caravan of people to skin us alive for both of our picks and say that, like, "No Name No. 4" and "Don't Go Down" should be on here instead. XD

scorpiusx 06.24.14	Oh I agree; the version on New Moon is exceptional. Well the Figure 8 version is good too, but I think the New Moon version is way superior. But they are really two completely different songs; lyrically and structurally and everything.

deathschool 06.24.14	Bled white is like the only time I've ever thought of Elliot as slightly gimmicky. Satellite isn't bad but no matter how hard I try it just doesn't do anything for me. Punch and Judy's problem is probably just that either or's other tracks are 1000 times better.

deathschool 06.24.14	I'm the only one that said anything about Bled White, so you can address me directly. I don't mind. My problem with that song is that the surf rock vibe feels really forced. I know Elliott was strongly influenced by it, but I think it works better when it's subtle. Just one of those songs I don't like as much as other people. There's nothing really actually wrong with it. I mean, Elliott couldn't write a bad song, so this whole thread is going to be nit-picky.

lilium23 08.03.14	Little One and Good To Go are some of Elliott's best. Especially Little One. It may be his most honest song ever.
