04.29.12 | Yes, growing up in the 90s kicked ass. Too bad we can't erase the 00s era of nu-metal from our memory...... |

04.29.12 | I listened to rap during the 90's, and missed out on a shit-load of good music. Been trying to make up for it ever since. Counting Crows - August and Everything After is one of my favs. |

04.29.12 | I listened to rap during the 90's, and missed out on a shit-load of good music [2]
I've made up for it. Listened to a lot of good 90s rock/metal/grunge during the horrible 00s. |

04.29.12 | Yeah, I got into AIC and Soundgarden a lot during that time. It's only been recently that I re-discovered Atheist, Death, and Cynic. |

04.29.12 | Siamese Dream and Vulgar Display almost made it, love both those albums.
The Chronic ain't half bad either.
However, I hate Nevermind with a passion. Too poppy and after a while every song begins to sound the same. |

04.29.12 | In Utero was better. I think that Nirvana was pissed at Rick Rubin for the way that Nevermind came out |
MasBarHigeuoris21
04.29.12 | I can understand your dislike for Nevermind. It does get boring if you listen to it over and over. |
YoYoMancuso
04.29.12 | that's exactly why i dislike it, it could have been great but i think the band's creative control got overtaken by producers. |

04.29.12 | What exactly do you mean when you say The Downward Spiral never lets up? |
Trebor17
04.29.12 | The description for 11 doesn't make any sense
|
Trebor17
04.29.12 | Also the description for 3 would make more sense if 5 was The Fragile
|
WyldStallyns7
04.29.12 | Porcupine Tree, Pearl Jam, Opeth, I approve
|
YoYoMancuso
04.29.12 | @Trebor I couldn't remember whether the Fragile was released in 1999 or 2000, if I was positive it probably would have been ranked 8 or 9. |
AGuyIsWatchingYou
04.29.12 | pls respond |
YoYoMancuso
04.29.12 | @AGuyIsWatchingYou The Downward Spiral is the most aggressive and relentless Reznor has ever been, and that's why I respect the album so much because of its heaviness, both musically and metaphorically. |
