09.15.11 | it was pretty disgusting especially before the stadium filled up. the field was so empty and because the "pits" were tiered, there were big spaces in between the front and back sections (separated by fences).
by the way i put "pits" in quotes because there was really NOTHING impressive going for any of the bands except slayer. Since i had a slightly elevated perspective (main section, towards the front), i had a pretty good view of this...
the other bands going got satellite pits going i guess for a few songs here and there, but the crowd during slayer was really something to see |
