CrackeTheSkull 08.16.11	Yes Black Metal is cool also. Preferably faster forms of it. Pretty much anything that's fast, brutal and good is what I'm looking for. I dig darker atmospheres as well. I'll probably start with Effigy of the Forgotten and then go through the rest of these Recs, been meaning to check that one out for a while. Are any of the other Cryptopsy albums worth a listen? As in anywhere near as good as None So Vile?

ThusSpokeZarathustra 08.17.11	^^NM's Lunar Poetry and Dissection are awesome and everything but they're definitely not brutal for black metal nor do they come across as being particularly dark imo.. Good rec's for the most part though Cracketheskull - Check out the other 2 albums with Lord Worm, Blasphemy Made Flesh and Once Was Not, not as good as NSV but definitely worth picking up
Hawks 08.17.11	Eh their atmospheres are both pretty dark, but nah they aren't brutal.
HenchmanOfSanta 08.17.11	BMF has the same mood as NSV but isn't quite at the same caliber. The two albums with Mike DiSalvo are decent if not particularly memorable tech-death. Once Was Not is sort of in between.
