Because nothing makes me revert to an air-guitaring, exuberant six-year old more than this does.
21Nick Drake
Bryter Layter

The perfect midway point between the sparsity of 'Pink Moon' and lush orchestral touches of 'Five Leaves Left'. Gone too soon :(

If Sherwood Anderson wrote an album this is almost definitely what it would sound like.

LP

Well, they never actually released it but if they I can guarantee it would be on here. Their two EP's are outstanding.

JUST YO FAVOURITE DJ SAVIOR
1Talk Talk
Laughing Stock

Never understood why this is tagged as 'Post-Rock' considering it is pretty much the antithesis of the dreary, obvious music I associate the genre with. YOU HEARD ME. But anyway, the from the bleak 'Myrrhman' to the gorgeous, ruminative 'Runeii', this album never fails to astound. Incomparable
